Lindsey was awesome - hot humid day in Nashville - she modified slightly to get us warme dup before picking up weights - clearly an experienced teacher - love CPY - some of the less experienced instructirs (not Lindsey) are too formulaic - slight mods depending on class size, heat from class before and weather can work well. Best Scuplt class ever!
