The strength X class has been really helpful with no heat during the summer and also pregnancy. I would love to see more of these classes added to the schedule for Henderson during the lunch hour between 1130 and one. It would be awesome to be able to go over a lunch break. We’re just more of these classes added to the schedule in general.

I have never taken a bad class here. Been traveling a lot lately and trying studios in other cities and consistently the Henderson and mockingbird studios are better than the rest. Great teachers with energy and fun sequences
