I thought it was an outstanding yoga practice! Sandy C was amazing, I felt that her prompts were very good and clear, and she offered encouragement when needed, and appreciated! I liked the size of the studio. Overall, it was a great experience and a good workout.

Heidi was seriously incredible! She brought the best energy especially given it being a 5:45 AM sculpt class. she also had the best playlist ever!! Can’t wait to go back!!
