I enjoy this studio ;) Still confused as to what we do with the blocks after class. i was told when i started to put them slanted so they can be sprayed/disinfected and they they would be piled up. But then see people just stacking back their sweaty blocks. Is to possible to have sign that has instructions on what to do with the blocks. Maybe we are supposed to wipe them and assume they are never sprayed. Thanks
I come to Core Power Kahala because of the community set forth by the instructors. They always greet me by name, give me shoutouts during class, and push me to be my greatest self!
Easy to access class - lots of parking, not overly crowded, good teacher who moved about the room and kept the class engaged and focused on their individual practice, the heat provides an extra challenge and dimension to the practice.
The instructors did a great job in keeping the workout out intense, motiviated and more importantly fun. I also did appreciate that some of the movements were the same ones I am suppose to do for my lower back rehab.
I absolutely love CorePower Kahala! The instructors are amazing and create such a positive, encouraging atmosphere. I’ve gained strength, confidence, and consistency since joining, and every class pushes me to be a little better than the last. I always leave feeling energized, accomplished, and in a better mood. The community is welcoming, the studio is beautiful, and the workouts are challenging in the best way. It’s honestly one of the highlights of my week.

A fantastic full body C2 vinyasa flow with Melissa Mae on Mother's Day doing yoga with my daughter! I appreciate the box breathing techniques and levels of chakra including specific details to correctly do forehand headstand using the mirror as support and Melissa Mae's awesome teaching skills with ease and positivity. Love and aloha
enjoy the teachers. and classes.
wondering with the blocks was initially told to put by the wall after class and then they get sprayed to clean but some people just stack them back without wiping so do those get cleaned?
