Theresa and her team (Scarlett & Sammy) at the Kahala studio are fabulous! They have cultivated a stellar group of teachers- Chelsea, Jessica, Chris, Kim, Karen, Brynn, Paula, Camile, Jade, Liv, Clyde, Maka, Mika, Jay, Sammy… okay everyone! You can feel that the studio leadership is responsive and supports them to make the teaching experience fulfilling. Which trickles down to the experience practicing! The studio leadership, the instructors, and the SET team (shoutout to Claire and Tori) have created a welcoming space to practice, grow, and connect. You can feel the community blossoming! *C*

Everyone makes you feel so welcomed here! This is my first time finding a workout that I truly enjoy and I come alone most of the time and I never feel weird for being alone. I’ve recruited a few friends to sign up and now we all come together when we can!

Everything about CPY is what I like and love especially the awesome CPY teachers, staff, and members who have become my foundation of a dynamic community of people who are passionate with purpose and dedication. Ryan and Jade’s C2 flow is uplifting with challenges and physical, mental, and emotional recharge and vitality. I choose to come to CPY Hawaii (kahala, ward, and Kapolei) for the positive energy and community connection to experience the best yoga classes with excellent variety and high quality sequences in a clean environment that supports learning and people. Thank you to all Kahala team and CPY. Grateful. I’m happy to participate in the fun challenges and fun class themes too.

I enjoy this studio ;) Still confused as to what we do with the blocks after class. i was told when i started to put them slanted so they can be sprayed/disinfected and they they would be piled up. But then see people just stacking back their sweaty blocks. Is to possible to have sign that has instructions on what to do with the blocks. Maybe we are supposed to wipe them and assume they are never sprayed. Thanks

Easy to access class - lots of parking, not overly crowded, good teacher who moved about the room and kept the class engaged and focused on their individual practice, the heat provides an extra challenge and dimension to the practice.

The instructors did a great job in keeping the workout out intense, motiviated and more importantly fun. I also did appreciate that some of the movements were the same ones I am suppose to do for my lower back rehab.
