I like the positive atmosphere and energy everybody brings to the table. One thing I would like to point out and recommend to address is cold water coming from the refill station in the lobby. After a hot class and your out of liquid ice cold water would be magical.

-Customer service has been great. Mahi has been extremely helpful and responsive. -good variety and levels of classes -teachers are well trained and consistent -clean facility -I like getting cardio, weights, and yoga in together

I will visit this area of Hawaii ~2 times a year for an extended period of time and it is so reassuring knowing there is a solid Core Power here with tenured teachers. I love being able to take classes while I'm here and I know I can count on the Kailua studio to have great instructors and a lot of offerings.
