Parking at the La Canada location is easy and plenty. Upon entering, I am greeted with a smile. The studio is clean and tidy. Plenty of lockers to use and if you forgot your mat, they offer one ( at a slight fee). The instructors have positive energy and are clear with their instructions and provide guidance and adjustments to make sure you are not hurting yourself. They offer positivity and warm energy. I’ve been a member since late 2025 and look forward to multiple classes offered at this location. The staff really seams to care.

The instructor was good. She was easy to understand. The restroom has an area to change. I like the mouthwash that's available to use if needed. plenty of free parking. Plenty of lockers and a few locks are available to use. I also like the cubbies that are near the rooms.

Lusin’s sculpt class is honestly one of the highlights of my week. From the moment I walk in and get checked in to the second I leave, her energy is consistent, uplifting, and contagious. She creates such a welcoming vibe while still pushing everyone to give it their all. I really appreciate how she challenges us in a way that feels motivating, not overwhelming. And the music is always perfectly timed, which makes the whole class flow so well. If you’re looking for a sculpt class that’s both empowering and fun, Lusin is the one!

The instructors really appear to care about us students. They are friendly, kind, provide clear and good instructions and hands on corrections ( if wanted) the variety of classes offered is terrific. The parking is great too!

I love core power… To be honest when I first started many years ago, I liked the easier classes and the easier teachers. But today, I have transitioned into really wanting a challenge. I love that Core power gives you both options. If it’s been a tough day, and I need an easy class, I know which teachers to take. If I’m looking to grow and expand my practice, there are teachers here that can really take you to the next level. If you’re looking for a challenge, take Aileen‘s class! She will kick your butt in the best way. You might hate her in the class because she holds you accountable and pushes you to your limits… But you will thank her tremendously on your way out! I’m a better Yogi because of her!
