The parking is easy and plenty of spaces The studio is clean, The manager is very hands on and is open for suggestions and questions The staff is wonderful The instructors are very nice, informative and offer assistance when needed They have added more classes with different levels Enjoy each and every time I take a class! Would definitely recommend trying it out!

Good morning There is an issue with the hot water in showers. Luke warm at best. On another note, I took Mila‘s class yesterday morning. It was great.

I’m a beginner, and so what I liked most about the experience was that I can go at my pace and resistance level while still getting a challenging workout. The instructor was encouraging.
