I have been going to CPY for over 20 years. Great studio, but over the years (and there's nothing you can do about it, really) some of the soul and individuality has evaporated. But, some of it has relaxed a bit, recently too. Teachers like Robyn, Terri, Nancy (older women) keep the vibe flowin', and truly the top reason why I keep my membership. Being a teacher myself, I don't need it, but I love the availability of a class at the drop of a hat, any time and literally anywhere I am (I travel a lot). I was frustrated that my legacy pricing that was supposedly "never going to raise -- locked in for life" raised almost $25/month. That hurts. Felt like a dupe by a typical corporation. :( LoHi in particular is a great studio for ENERGY. I will say that it was sooooo grubby for awhile there, and the remodel has done some shaping up, but, and I mean this with love, but without any ambiguity: I think the model of exploiting yoga teachers under the guise of "seva" is basically getting labor out of already low-paid teachers for free. It's a bummer, and also why the locker room was so gross in the showers. hahaah. How has that practice been utilized in 2026? Hopefully a proper cleaning crew can be paid to really deep clean a bacteria and fungal ridden environment that ALWAYS exists in a hot yoga studio -- and that they're paid.

I attended class with my daughter who is a member while on vacation. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed the class. The studio and shower rooms were spotless and the class could have been longer as I didn't want it to end!

Studio was friendly and clean! Classes were enjoyable! Saw some familiar faces (Emilie is a delightful human being and a fantastic instructor). Hillary’s sculpt was exactly what I was hoping for, and Amber’s Core2 was a great way to top it off. Excellent location, I will be back

This class was amazing! For my first hot yoga experience, I was a little nervous going in. But now I’m looking for hot yoga studios where I live! Whenever I’m in Denver, I will definitely be going here.
