Noah's class was properly hot, great energy and cues. Loved that he progressively dimmed the lighting too. Felt amazing afterward. I really wish the water pressure was better in the showers, that honestly keeps me from coming to LoHi a lot of times. Too bad because it's a beautiful studio otherwise!

I love Mallory. She makes the HPF class such an experience. She has the heat and humidity level so good... actually enough heat where you get the benefit of the class. You have to focus on breathing and let all the other thoughts outside the studio go away for one hour. She is truly such a talented yoga teacher.
