This instructor seemed to be very experienced and knowledgeable in posture and correct form. This was the first CSX class where the sequence was noted on a board in the front of the room - I thought that was a great idea. I didn't realize how much I liked previewing the poses ahead of class until she did this. Great idea! I do also like the element of surprise so I'm not saying this needs to be the norm, but it was cool and thoughtful of her to do that. I also liked that she offered hands on assists. I really take my posture and alignment seriously so it's nice to have the adjustments made while in the posture as opposed to reviewing it post class and usually by then I forget what I did. Overall, great class. Thank you!
