Core Power’s been great for me. I’ve had a knee and a hip replacement and I’m unable to run like I used to. Core Power is giving me the exercise I need with a full body workout. Great teachers.

Bridgette is an amazing instructor. She always cues breathing which is super important. She cues alinement which really helps. She asks for requests and leads a beautiful strong practice. I can't say enough good things about her🥰
