I do like it very much. However, I do not care for the new yoga sculpt formats. I desperately miss my calm, centered, hot yoga with weights. Candle lit would be even better! I do not care for the shouting and jumping around.
As a mom of two little, little kids....my trip to CPY may be my only workout of the week. I want to sweat, I want to use weights and I want to recenter my mind and heart.
I am still shopping for that class here in town. So perhaps there is an opportunity for you at CPY.
Love the energy the yogis create in the C2 classes. I like the variation teacher to teacher. And I like the number of C2 classes offered. How about a inversion class or class focused on improving form?
