I am new to Yoga. I picked an instructor based on a recommendation from a friend. Rebecca TH did not disappoint! Through her teachings I felt comfortable in my own skin, confident in the body I showed up with was trustworthy, strong & resilient. She reminded me through her speaking that letting go & embracing are true powerful components to our mental state and that I’m exactly where I’m suppose to be. I felt stable, acknowledge and free. If just for one a hour a day.. I am empowered & settled. Namaste! LMS

Mandy is so inspiring, her music is beautiful, her explanation of how to get into pose makes me feel safe. The studio is clean and everyone is so nice, and the class wasn't the perfect temperature.

Love all the instructors as they’re very professional and supportive and each class has a different flow so it makes going daily very fun and exciting and never boring Love the app because it’s very easy to check the schedule and book my classes or cancel when I need to and I get to pick and choose which days and instructors I want to book Love the clean environment and the equipment and I feel safe in this space!

Thoroughly enjoyed my free week as a newcomer to yoga! I will definitely be taking advantage of the introductory monthly rates after trying the yoga classes with different instructors. I have been a free weights lifter since young teenage years and looking for new ways to improve myself. CorePower Yoga’s program allowed me to explore and learn more about yoga and meditation techniques through different instructors and it helped me to find a new approach to keep myself motivated and in shape.
