I cannot say enough good things about CPY Mockingbird! Everyone there is so friendly and classes are always packed and full of energy. It’s the kind of studio where the instructors care about and genuinely want to see everyone succeed, and I love how they remember everyone by name and check you into class before you’ve barely walked in the door! The studios are spacious, bright (floor to ceiling windows), and always clean, and there are full locker rooms. Tons of free parking and a great selection of merchandise. I’m always excited to go to class at CPY Mockingbird!
Mockingbird is my favorite studio because of size (bigger) and instructors are top notch. The lack of heat for 3 weeks though has caused me to go to other studios
I really enjoyed my experience at CorePower Yoga. The class was definitely challenging, but in a way that kept me fully engaged and motivated—it pushed my limits in the best way. The instructor was friendly, clear, and easy to follow, which made a big difference. The studio itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, so getting there was easy. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I’d definitely go back.
The amount of timing allocated to the warm-up, the workout, the core, and the cool down. Also the instructor’s ability to help with modifications as I just had surgery.
I like this studio and the teachers are great. However, the classes are always full, which I appreciate because I like the energy. The mat markers are good but a lot of people blatantly disregard and intentionally take up 2 spots, even when the teacher tells people to use the markers. This is especially common in the first row in thr 6 am class. Specifically, a girl named Brittany who is always right next to the teacher but puts her mat in 2 spots, so the marker is in the middle of her mat. She gets there early which sets the precedent and then doesn’t move when asked. She likes to show off handstands so maybe she needs more room for that but it would be helpful to have a solution.
