I love the instructors, they are so kind and helpful, I enjoy Each class there!! Everyone is mindful of the space in the yoga room, I love That everyone is able to connect with each other after class, they always keep everything tidy and clean after each class!! The full body workout; increased strength, and a wonderful community. I wasn’t very thrilled with the last increase in price. It was quite substantial. Weights seem to be low in #’s when classe are full- purchasing more would allow all to have a variety.

Amazing instructors and classes. Fabulous sweaty workout. The men's locker room could use a little deeper cleaning attention, but not nearly enough to deter me from being a member.
