I was super happy when I mentioned the classes being so close together the second class was moved to be later. It really is great that the studio responded so quickly to the feedback. I love core power and have been practicing here for 10 years now.

I absolutely love it here! I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else, and that’s pretty easy to say considering they have locations in 23 different states. Everyone is so respectful and sweet. I took a class with Nan today, and let me just say she knows how to get a Friday started! Community classes are on Sundays, and I love bringing my husband to share the whole vibe with him. Every single one of you guys are doing great!

Such a great yoga sculpt class!! The only feedback I would give would be to slow down on your set up cues (voice gets lost in the music and then my head is on a swivel trying to figure out what you said) and speed up some of your 10 counts!! The slow 10 counts are good peppered in but the entire time can be defeating in that heat!! Liv has such good energy and that playlist is 10/10!!! Def will be back!
