I love this studio! My only critique is that the lights in one of the studios are really harsh and are always on. And I often wonder how often the floors are mopped for the amount of sweat 😂

I enjoyed the ambience of the studio. Jess did a great job leading us through the session and the singing bowels were a treat. Jess really knows how to utlize the bowels to their maximum effect.

I always try to take a class at the North Boulder studio when I am in town visiting family. The C2 classes are challenging yet doable and I appreciate that. Raj’s class was amazing and I felt wonderful afterwards. Thank you!

Tunde led a creative, dynamic, advanced sequence that was so unexpected and fun! Pace was quick. Heat was high but humidity wasn’t overwhelmed. Had such a good time moving through an explosive sequence without being wiped out by overwork. She left plenty of time to cool us down and enjoy a savasana all within the one hour class which I really appreciate. Will be back for her class again soon!

I love the fact that there's a class every hour on average, so if I have a busy schedule I can always find a time that works for me. That being said, I have found some excellent teachers who's classes I absolutely love. I block my calendar for my favorites, so I can make sure I get to them.

I love the North Boulder CPY and visit it when I’m in town. The studio is clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
