New managment at North Scottsdale (Sage) is wonderful! Since she has come on board, more classes have been added to the schedule, especially in the evening on on weekends.Strong instructors! C3 is a great addition. Courtney is amazing!

No attitude everybody is so friendly great community. The classes are challenging always different. The instructors are great. I’ve made a lot of friends and it’s really part of my social life too. I love it and I can’t say enough about how cool it is and how everybody’s so friendly.

I love April as my teacher! Her adjustments are always helpful and she hosts such an encouraging class. The music is also so good every single time.

April is awesome she’s so helpful and actively helps fix your form in class to improve your workout!! she is also very encouraging and helps get you through cardio and those last reps that feel impossible!

April is the best! Cold clothes are such a treat and the practice was perfect.

Our instructor April was super helpful, played really good music, and was really energetic through the entire class. It was my first class ever and I’m feeling exhausted but in a good way. Would definitely go back again.
