I love your location and yoga classes. Very nice staff also. I have noticed lately that there are less classes and more scpt which concerns me. I do not go to a yoga studio for weight training or a loud weight class. I go for yoga. There are less and less yoga classes available so I am tending to go to my athletic club more and CorePower less. Please add yoga classes and stick with what you are good at yoga not weight training.
Classes are great, some instructors talk too much and droan on and it’s very annoying, and distracts from the focus of the individividuals practice. Others are terrific and understand the balance of talking w instruction.
People still bring cell phones into class and talk at annoyingly audible levels and I wish instructors could contain this better. I stopped my membership because of this and returned because of my free birthday pass and was quickly reminded of why I gave up my membership. But the quality of the yoga is excellent.
The people are super nice and motivating. They know what their thing.
I've already started telling people about it. How refreshing and gives you energy through out the day even the day after you do yoga, if you have decided to do it in the evening.
I love being a Core Power black tag member! I go to the studio in Old Town. Here is some of my feedback:
1) I miss the 5:45am yoga sculpt classes - the 6:30am makes it hard to get to work
2) I'd suggest having a Sculpt 1 and Sculpt 2 category of classes. Some instructors have more intense classes, which would be helpful to know when going to the class
3) I also miss HPF classes. I used to go to HPF in the evening, and it was very relaxing. Especially Sunday nights.
