I had a special "yogi" moment a few days ago. Happens time and time again. The studio was full, the music just right, the yoga flow cadence perfect with a bit of banter in between, and everybody sweating buckets towards the end of the hour. To see and be a part of this class in particular, the strenuous effort, all the while experiencing everyone moving in sync from one pose to another, gave me a chill, chicken skin, or goose bumps...whatever you want to call it. And it is not the first time, by all means. Happens all the time at this studio due to the fantastic instructors who take pride in their work in keeping us yogis coming back to achieve all the benefits of working hard at yoga. Some say that the "hardest part is getting there" is true, but all the while, extremely rewarding.
My suggestion the manager and teachers is to keep on keeping on. You all have such a great thing going on at this studio and I truly appreciate going there on a regular basis.
Thank you.
Kelly Tiano , thank you for everything you do. Your leadership, positive energy, and dedication are what make this community so special. It never goes unnoticed that you come in on your days off and sacrifice time with your family to make sure everything runs smoothly for all of us.
Your passion for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment has made this studio much more than a place to practice yoga it's a true community. I'm incredibly grateful for your commitment, your heart, and the difference you make in so many lives. Thank you for all that you do!
What makes this place truly special is the sense of community. From the instructors , shout out to Amy Kreston & Katie B , to the people practicing, there's an atmosphere of encouragement, positivity, and support. It's become a positive outlet in my life where I can clear my mind, challenge myself, and leave feeling better than when I arrived.
The PB yoga studio has become much more than a place to exercise it's a place to recharge, grow, and reconnect. The teachers, especialy Carolina bring incredible energy, knowledge, and genuine care to every class, creating an environment where everyone feels welcome. Also I love her stories and I can relate in so many ways!

I have visited many studios yoga and Pilates, The Pacific Beach studio is masterfully run. The experience from checking in to the expertise of every instructor, makes it my home studio. I have had technical issues and Kelly Taitano and Courtney have been amazing at problem solving. Once, again I recommend to everyone, based on the support and community of this studio.
Julianne's C2 classes are thoughtfully sequenced, appropriately challenging, and consistently inspiring. She creates a practice that is both empowering and rewarding from beginning to end.
