There are so many outstanding instructors and class types that it is easy to find one that works well for you at a time that fits your schedule. Everyone is so welcoming regardless of your experience. I took my first yoga class just about two years ago and have recently completed my 650th because of how good it makes me feel afterwards.
I’ve been attending CorePower studios across the country for the past six years, and I genuinely think the Palo Alto studio is exceptional.
The instructors, including Zoe Bell, Chase, Gillian, and many others, are among the best in the Bay Area, and that’s coming from someone who has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. I wish I could name everyone because it’s such a special studio, and the quality of teaching and sense of community are remarkable.
Thank you again. If the free week was granted in error, please feel free to remove it. Either way, I wanted to express my appreciation for such an outstanding studio and team.
The class had just the right amount of heat and music volume. Cues were great and it got progressively harder through the middle of the workout. Inspiring instructor.
Excellent classes, both in terms of structure and variety. The instructors are positive and gracious. While generally crowded at peak times, efforts to clean and organize the studio are timely and complete after each session. If you are comfortable with heat (which applies to the bulk of the classes), the strength work and focus on building a practice are well choreographed.
I had an incredible experience at CorePower Yoga. This was only my second class ever, and wow... it was definitely one of the hardest workouts I've ever done. I'm still feeling sore 2–3 days later, which says a lot!
The instructor was fantastic. She moved at a pace that felt manageable while still being challenging, and her cues were clear and easy to follow. The music selection was great and the overall energy of the class was really motivating.
My only piece of feedback is that the music volume was a little too high. I'm not particularly sensitive to loud music, but there were times when it was difficult to hear the instructor, especially when she was giving important cues. I also noticed the music stayed quite loud during the final resting pose, when a quieter atmosphere would have felt more relaxing.
That said, it was a wonderful class overall and a very minor issue in an otherwise great experience. I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to coming back.
