CorePower Yoga on Park Road is the best yoga studio I have ever been to! I love all the instructors, it is clean, and has become a place of healing for my mind and body as I begin to slowly strengthen again. I couldn't recommend it more :)

Had a wonderful time. Class was a group teach with all the hands on assists! Everyone’s energy played well off one another. Great interactions after class as well. I’d definitely come again 😊

Maya's community classes on Sunday's always have a great room temprature for the outside and spiritual component for the inside. This class she offered mantra and played her harmonium, a first for me at CPY.

I had a great experience , especially Stephanie class at 3pm Friday . Please open more sculpting classes. Cant wait for South End to open up . I enjoy these classes alot.
