I absolutely loved core power yoga. I did the heated class and loved the energy of the room. The instructor was very thorough demonstrating the positions while maintaining encouraging comments throughout the workout. It was such a judge free environment and felt so empowering. I will definitely be coming back!

Just an FYI. The shower curtain in the men's locker room is way too long for the shower, and I think that there will be mold forming soon as it is seriously dragging on the floor.

The entire staff is always so kind and welcoming and of course are excellent at instructing classes. The manager Sarah is such an amazing person as well. This location is also always very clean and well put together !

I love the vibe within the Pasadena community everyone is so welcoming and have very positive vibe. I love the way that all the teachers give so much encouragement to keep motivating us to become stronger and not to quit. 💪💪💪 Plus the stuidos are always nice neat and clean.

I love this studio! The staff and community is so welcoming! All the staff members remembers your name and take the time to get to know you. The facilitates are nice and clean! The studios and weights are always clean! The teachers are awesome!!!

I value Neil’s classes so much. he is an incredible teacher is so knowledgeable and has great energy. I always try to book with Neil when it fits my schedule. He’s one of my very favorite teachers.
