I've always liked that studio.It's one of the only studios with three studios, but it doesn't seem very full anymore, prior to covid, the studio was always full with three classes going at the same time on many of the days. The HPF i took was really good.Nice and hot even though the room was only about five students total that day so it was right up my alley. I liked our teacher & the studio update.

To try to describe my CorePower experience sounds like such a silly easy question to answer. It saved my life in a trifecta that I have trouble discussing or describing because of the immense amount of gratitude I have for I wish I could annoint Niki Leondakis feet with precious oils! The unity and joy and vulnerability it took for me to feel alive would not of been possible without the love and community starting with where my journey began at point Loma studio!! Shout out to homebase PB CPY!! I can confidently know I can trust to go into any CPY studio and feel just at home! It's 336 classes in good I am CorePower squared for life!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren as a yoga instructor. Her presence alone creates a sense of calm the moment you walk into the room, and the way she guides her classes feels both intentional and deeply supportive. Lauren has a rare ability to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are coming in feeling energized or completely depleted. Her cues are clear, her pacing is thoughtful, and her energy is grounding without ever feeling heavy. There is a softness to her teaching that allows you to truly drop in, while still feeling gently challenged in all the right ways. What stands out most to me is how much she has helped me reset my nervous system. In a world that constantly feels “on,” her classes offer a space to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect. I consistently leave her sessions feeling more regulated, centered, and clear, both mentally and physically. That kind of impact goes far beyond a typical workout. Lauren is not just an instructor, she is a true guide. You can feel that she genuinely cares about her students and the experience they are having. Her classes feel like a gift, and I am so grateful to have found her. I would recommend Lauren wholeheartedly to anyone looking for not just movement, but real restoration and balance.

Just about everything, though I wish there were more c1.5 classes, and some studios lack core restore classes all together it seems, which is one of my favorite classes. The instructors are amazing btw
