We love the inspirational and kind instructors! Also the Core Power choice of formats allow members to choose the yoga experience that best suits their needs and the wide range of class times are extremely convenient. The studio is welcoming, clean and well maintained, . Our Poway studio has a very special feeling to it, the connection and respect between staff and the members is heartfelt and creates a community of gratitude and appreciation.

Corepower Poway is the best! My favorite class is sculpt. It is a mix of physical fatigue and mental euphoria, and quite frankly it gives me a sense of accomplishment.

I did the 8am HPF on Sunday morning with Erica and I love this class because Erica keeps the room hot. I love the heat. Many instructors tend to lower the heat or open doors snd Erica understands what Hot means.
