Reena, the instructor here, is amazing! Her class is very welcoming and helps everyone, no matter what level. She is very knowledgeable and her playlist is always the right rhythm for the various poses. This location is really clean as well, their areas and bathrooms are well maintained.

Total experience was great. The way we were welcomed to the facility being neat and clean. The session was great for any level and the instructor did an amazing job to keep us on pace and challenged at the same time letting our bodies guide how we felt and how we practiced yoga. Great flow to all the exercises.

The only reason why I travel to this studio from Sunnyvale is because Brent teaches here- he is an amazing teacher and I know that if I take his class, I will feel energized and accomplished. He demonstrates and encourages others to do peak poses for C2 and for sculpt, you will be sure to be sore the next day (and it is a good sore). Studio is clean and the heat is just right. Plenty of parking, unless class is full!
