I enjoy the Rino studio very much. What made this particular experience amazing was the guide. I had just landed from DIA and before going home to the mountains I wanted to take a yoga class. The instructor's class was a perfect mix of stretching out sore-traveled muscles as well as a pretty challenging flow. I LOVED how frequently she used the Sanskrit vocabulary! She projected her voice when we needed energy and she grounded her voice when the flow called for calm! I adore my core power yoga classes!!!

I have been a Core Power Yoga member for 15 years and this is my fav yoga studio! I go to the Rino location most of the time and love it and all of the instructors are top notch. I think I've been to every possible yoga studio in Denver including all of the Core Power locations! I enjoy all types of yoga but definitely prefer the fitness-focused versions of yoga that Core Power offers. Highly recommend!

The instructors are awesome, very accomodating, and the poses and stretches and strengthening they go through are very helpful! I feel so much more flexible and my core strength is improved so much in just two months!

Great location! Only a five minute from my apartment and very easy to find. I attended the 11:30AM free community class on Sunday (which they have every week) and the vinyasa flow was challenging but invigorating. The room is heated and with a full room, it got pretty hot in there so be ready to sweat! I recommend bringing your own towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated. I brought my own mat but they also have mats there you can rent for the class time. Overall great experience!

My first time back in yoga after more than a year and Sophie did a great job of keeping the work advanced enough for the yogis while easy to follow for the beginners. A great first experience at CorePower yoga!
