I love that Abbie’s class is not too complicated and not too easy. It is a perfect mixture! The room temp is perfect and her sequence is always hitting a full body workout. Thank you!
I love my C2 classes with Rachel Z! She brings a positively confident energy to every hour and leaves every practitioner with a smile. I would recommend her class to anybody.

Amazing hot yoga with instructor Bella! The class is challenging but well-paced, with clear guidance and great energy throughout. I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and completely recharged. Highly recommend!
My usual instructor is great, Stephanie, she always inflicts a calm, reseting atmosphere that makes me reflect on my stress and intention for my week. She also provides the proper physical challenge in class.
Alison and Marie are also great instructors, providing a great mid-week flow as well.

Great studio! Can you get 7lb weights? Other studios have them and it's great to amplify sculpt workouts for 7lb and 10lb, since sometimes 8lbs is too much. The studios I go to with 7lb weights; they always are the first to get used!
I was super nervous going into my first corepower yoga session after not having doe a structured workout in almost a year, but Carrie made my experience great! Super informative, direct, and affirming throughout the entire class. I would 100% come back to corepower because of my positive experience with her!
It's a nice, big enough space and feels clean. I like the new mat cleaner!
One recommendation - everyone is lifting heavier these days and River North seems to be low on 8lbs weights in particular. Perhaps worth looking into stocking up on the heavier ones! Thank you!
