I always have a wonderful experience no matter who teaches, but I especially like the Rockridge location because of the studio layouts and floor plans, and my favorite classes are Arianna’s Tues sculpt class and Bridget’s Thurs C2 class.

Tobie is a rockstar! Easily my favorite sculpt instructor out in the East Bay. Love her classes. Great sequencing, great music choice, she’s on beat, steady voice projection, utilizes the whole room when demo’ing and she’s a pro at utilizing the block for smaller micro movements for tough muscle engagements. Her sections tend to get waitlisted or full 2 hours prior to class so make sure you sign up early to reserve a spot and leave early for parking since it’s limited. My only advice: Please increase the temperature and make the room hotter! LOL.

I took Kendenn's class and thought her C2 was great. She had strong cues, great voice projection, and utilized all four corners of the room when demo'ing poses. My only critique is giving more options when going into poses to add a little more difficulty for students.

I love this studio! But I am bummed that so many of the early evening C2 and HPF classes (4pm, 5pm, 530pm) have been pulled from the schedule without any replacement or with only CSX. I love sculpt but need to get my stretching in too!!

The CorePower teachers are amazing! They are a beautiful combination of fun, friendly, and professional. There are a wide variety of classes to choose from as well as conveniently located studios in the East Bay. The studios & locker room are clean.
