Core power yoga has been such a huge gift this year. I have worked to relieve a lot of my back and hip pain and feel so much stronger.. life is easier when I can move easily and freely without pain. Thank you to all the great teachers who challenge in just the right way and encourage me. I really appreciate you and love coming to yoga!

Natalie has such a great approach to teaching. It helps me to focus and even when teaching a format that is the same HPF. I experience and learn something new every time.

I have been loving yoga sculpt classes with Airreana B! She creates this empowering energy in her classes. Her music is always good! Her classes are challenging but she also focuses on classic strength movements that every body can do. I’ve been feeling so strong!
