Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The classes I have taken are all amazing- instructors that truly care about helping and motivating. Loooooooved my class by Sophie Epstein! (I may be a little bias though) Overall great experience every time I have been.

CorePower has been so amazing for me and my body. It relaxes me and stretches me! I always feel so good in the heat and love it when it's over as I feel the sweat and grind really paid off. The heat has been wonderful for my skin, losing weight and staying toned. The teachers 98% of the time are outstanding! I love bringing my family to share in my joy of exercising!
