A lot, I usually take class with Holly b and they are very relaxing, but also push me to do hard things. I love the welcoming nature of the studio!

My 1st session was intense but fun! It’s something everyone should should try. I would like to try another class that is not so intense.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The classes I have taken are all amazing- instructors that truly care about helping and motivating. Loooooooved my class by Sophie Epstein! (I may be a little bias though) Overall great experience every time I have been.
