The instructors are absolutely amazing! I especially love their hands-on approach and how attentive they are. Sometimes I need a little extra assistance to deepen and lengthen my stretch, and I really appreciate having that guidance. The variety of class times and options is fantastic and makes it so easy to find a class that works with my schedule. I’ve really been enjoying the experience!

I am very appreciative there is a 6:15 AM CSX on summer Saturdays! As a mom of a one year old it can be difficult to sometimes take a yoga class due to my husband being a first responder. Having early morning classes helps out so much for me to get in the zone early morning before I start my day with my family. Alyssa is also GREAT instructor for CSX. Gives everyone in the room motivation & positivity to have a great class & a good start to a Saturday morning.

I love the new 6:15am CSX on Saturdays with Alyssa! It’s a great way to start the weekend with a full body workout and still have the rest of the morning free. CSX has helped me build strength for my yoga practice and I need early morning options for my schedule.

Really love the early Saturday CSX class at 6:15! Please keep this option. 7:30am is not early enough for many of us who have kids, sports, work on a Saturday.

I really love the CSX class every Saturday at 6:15 AM. First, the instructor is very enthusiastic and brings such positive energy to the class. Second, the exercises are very well structured, and after every class, I can really feel the difference in my muscles and overall body. I truly hope this class can stay on the schedule and become one of the regular classes during this time slot, especially on Saturdays. This time works really well with my daily schedule and work, so I would really appreciate it if the class could continue.

Marissa is a fantastic, energetic and inspiring teacher. It is clear she is so passionate about yoga and teaching. Her playlists and sequences are thoughtful. I do like the lights staying off for the whole class though! The Sauganash studio is one of the best, cleanest and nicest Core Powers in the country!

Strong culture of instructors listening to customers and responding. Caring and professional environment. Cleaning is done pretty well and I see consistent improvements in the facility overtime. I like the challenges to mix up your thinking about your practice. I think advertising the parties before/after such challenges could be better to promote our community. Thank you.
