Lily M at 5:30am was the best class! Great music and awesome cardio mixed in for a song. Phenomenal mix of arms and legs. Best workout! Would 10/10 recommend.
I love the teachers at seaport - especially riley m and nicole p! My one is request is I would love a 6am class!!! 530 is a little early and 630 is a little too late!!!
It’s relaxing. I feel better after, and I love the “flow” the teacher creates.
In short, I feel more like myself and “in my body” after class.
I’ve consistently attended times with Lindsay as she is kind, and she consistently creates a flow that isn’t too easy or too difficult and she is very intentional and present with the practice. The music chosen is perfect
Jamee and the rest of the instructors are great! BUT I really wish they had 8 am's on Saturdays. I cant often go to class on a Saturday due to work. ALSO not enough core restore classes!!! Maybe they should have those 8am on a Saturday....
The instructor brought energy with an awesome playlist! Great start to my day.

If you’re looking to make your arms burn and hoop sore take Rachel’s sculpt class.
I am a beginner. I love the movements and flow the instructor, Lindsay creates for us. It’s at a slow to moderate pace. Therefore, it gives me a stretch and a workout but it’s also relaxing in the end.
The yoga improves my mood as I feel a deep sense of relaxation on the days/ Fridays that I do take her class
I love the classes and they have really helped me get back into fitness. It gives me something to look forward to every day and has helped me feel better both in my health and self image!
