I’ve never done yoga before CorePower - let alone hot yoga - and I’ve felt so welcomed since the very first class! Everyone greets me by name when I enter, and it’s a warm and inviting space. I have a newfound love of hot yoga thanks to this team!

From what I’ve experienced thus far, Corepower is friendly, empowering and motivating! I’m excited to try more.

I love the challenge! The instructors have high energy, which motivates me to keep pushing.

Marissa O'Dell is the best. Period. None like her. Take her class. That's the feedback.

Clean yoga studio. Very professional, I like the HPF classes more than the Sculpt classes, Great location too! My new favorite yoga studio. Thank you!

Great workout a lot of options for classes and schedule

Absolutely loved everything about the class!

IT was great

Everything! The classes, instructors, flow, vibe; it is all amazing. I absolutely love CorePower and look forward to it everyday!

Amazing work out!

The hands on adjustment for correct positioning and posture by instructors. I'd rather have the correction so I don't do something wrong repeatedly.

Beautiful studio. Amazing teachers. Inspiring classes. Dynamic yet very compassionate & loving. I was driving 30+ each way for the classes. Marissa that studio manager is awesome. 🙏

teacher is a beast. usually dont take sculpt, very picky with instructors, she DELIVERED. STILL sore. give her a raise.

Southlake is a well oiled machine! Angel and Marissa are amazing studio managers. The studio is clean and teachers are very welcoming.

Haley is fantastic! I live in Chicago and try to get ginger class whenever I’m in DFW -every other week or so.

I really like two things about core yoga: 1- that it has infrared heat and 2- weights are incorporated into many classes. The employees at Southlake have always been nice and accomodating. The only negative comment is around school breaks the classes get too full, to the point exit doors are blocked. I think class size should be limited in those instances.
