Leslie's class, Yoga Sculpt, was amazing! Great intensity, clear directions, and solid full body workout with the perfect balance of stretching, cardio, and strength training. I can't wait to go again.
This was a great studio! Everyone was friendly. Classes I took were better than I expected. All the necessary amenities available, including parking. Excited to return!
This was my first time doing hot yoga. I loved the experience. The instructor, Allie M was very patient and understanding, and I enjoyed speaking with her at the end of the class. I was challenge during the class as well, which was frustrating. I know that's apart of the journey, and I look forward to experiencing my growth and improvement within time. No matter how long it takes, I will be patience, compassionate, and graceful with myself along the way.
I love Core Power so much! It is a total mind/body experience. St.Louis Park was my favorite location over 10 years ago and still is today. The teachers are fantastic and the vibe is great and friendly. I love that I can come here, have an hour escape just for me and then return to my day refreshed. I first started coming to CorePower in my 20’s for something fun to do and now I a married, working mother and I have returned to CorePower to take care of my mind and body. It is truly time well spent!
Teachers and Facilities are fantastic
I love the community.
The fellow students are great
Also, the studio is only 7 minutes from my home.
How to improve… please read below
However, the Studio needs to Enforce the
Yoga Mat Tape Marks.
Mat, Weights, Water Bottle , and other personal items, stay in your area.
Consistently, students are taking up their space and more!!!
Students shouldn’t have worry about it and
have awkward confrontations with other students to move stuff. Ever!
By the way… I love the Mat Markers.
Anika is my favorite instructor. I love the energy she brings to each classes, and I love her creativity in her sculpt classes. I always feel empowered, strong and connected after each class.
The many times and locations allow me to work out a session whenever I have time. I also appreciate the way it's a combination of traditional and 'new' or stretch asanas.
I love CorePower. My biggest complaint is when fellow yogis wear their apple watches or the likes with the screen on so the time is visible or have their phones face up, again with the time showing. I don't mind people's phones in the room as long as they're on mute and covered up or turned over. But it's really frustrating when I am constantly seeing the time on someone's arm next to me or on the mat next to me. I don't want to know the time throughout my yoga class.
