Alexis is awesome! Her sculpt classes are creative and multifaceted. When working really hard, it’s great to have a fun-loving teacher who knows how to keep you moving. The high intensity and empowered instruction also gives your mind a chance to relax as you listen to Alexis and literally go with the flow.
Great classes, great environment. Only downsides are paying 159/mo for a membership and not getting free parking. That's kind of crazy to me to pay so much and still have to pay for parking.
Also, I'd personally love if the bootcamp were offered from 5:30-6:30 so that people who have to be at work at 7AM could do it! But that's just a pipe dream, haha.
I like Corepower in general. For friends that live around me I may suggest another place only because there are other hot yoga places with similar classes for cheaper. Maybe if they were budget focused I'd suggest that place.
I was not crazy about my teacher during my Core 2 class this week. He seemed irritated at me where as when I saw him correct other students he'd move them into place but he sighed a lot with me and shot me dirty looks. I'm not sure what I did.
