I ❤️CPY TO. The instructors are genuine and friendly. They work hard to make us feel welcome and take the time to learn our names. The instructors will change up the flows so it keeps things interesting. It’s also easy to get into a class.

I absolutely love this place. Great people, great work out. Love the early morning class flexibility and the wide range of instructor options to meet where you are in your practice. I just wish there was a 6am Saturday and Sunday sculpt anywhere. People would do it.

I love love love it here! Signing up for a membership is the best thing I've done for myself all year. I really like all the teachers—haven't had a bad experience yet—and I like that every class varies in terms of music! My only minor call out is when classes get pretty full and people take up too much space (which I know is not the fault of the studio/instructors!), it would be so great if the instructors could encourage people to make room. We make do, but what tends to happen is portions of the room are sprawled out and then the other parts of the room are so crammed. It would just be nice if we could get some reinforcement to be mindful of where you lay your mat and how that affects other people. In a perfect world everyone would be mindful of this on their own, but unfortunately that's not the reality. Otherwise I am so happy!
