I love my Torrance studio. The teachers are all awesome. The bad thing is that the studio was just remodeled and it's a catastrophe. The heat isn't working so it's tepid yoga, not hot yoga. The floor has no cushion at all and actually hurts. They removed the storage cubicles and replaced them with 2 chairs and a neon sign. Horrible planning. We have to leave our shoes everywhere which is an accident waiting to happen. Thankfully, they fixed the lights to dim instead of just glare. Whoever planned the remodel went for cute instead of functional. They need to remodel the remodel.
My very first experience was amazing. Great instructor (I think her name was Emily) great work out. This was actually my very first time at Yoga…. Right after class I felt tired, exhausted and I felt great. I slept like a baby… love it. Thank you
The new floors at the Torrance studio were a much needed improvement! Seems much cleaner now. The only comment I have is that the teachers should vary their programs & music every so often so it’s not the same every time as it gets too repetitive. A class should be unique with different postures and different music as this just adds to the experience.
I love the range of classes, and thoughtful selection of times, and wonderful teachers. Everyone is friendly, the space is clean and comfortable, and the heat im the room is reliable.
The recent renovation is a nice touch too - those old floors were definitely worn out.
Note - the new shelves installed in the showers are a safety hazard - both their location placement and the sharp edges. Recommend addressing that asap.
Katie and George are the best the make the experience the best. Great hospitality and even better customer service. If either of them are their don’t go anywhere else best corepower I have been and wouldn’t rather go anywhere else.
