The instructors are perfect! My less than perfect score has to do with my fellow yogis who are sometimes a little inconsiderate when it comes to use of the space. In the classes that are very crowded and every inch is used, I would hope that people use studio etiquette and make room so everyone could fit comfortably. Thanks for hearing me out.
I love Corepower Yoga! It's my sanctuary and home away from home. I love how Corepower incorporates the heat with the yoga practice even with vinyasa flow. This really opens you up and helps you go deeper in your practice. Instructors are wonderful, energetic, warm and encouraging. You can tell they enjoy what they're doing. Product offerings are good. I wish that Torrance would carry Lululemons though. Overall, yes, i'd definitely recommend to people.
I like when your instructors teach the physical aspects of doing yoga safely. A bit of the spiritual aspect is good but their life experiences yoga sex comparisons are not necessary. A lot of their students are much older and have years of wisdom on them. They should be respectful of the diversity in the studio.
I love D'Andres classes and wish he had more time slots mid day while kids are at school.
I do not like how bad the bathrooms stink from a funky musty water smell. The mold in the showers is disgusting. The shampoo / conditioner bottles look like they could use a good cleaning as well as the wall behind them. I cringe when I have to take a shower there. You really could use a better cleaning staff.
And why do the abs session need to be in the middle of the class? I really feel like dropping to do abs is disruptive to a yoga flow state of mind. I know it's your guy's thing but there really has to be a better way to incorporate ab work.
