I was visiting and found a corepower near my hotel. I had Sara for a C2 and she was wonderful! I loved how she let the natural light in, had a challenging but mindful flow, and her pace was perfect. Enjoyed my experience and it’s so nice to have the opportunity to get a class on during my travels!

The instructors are amazing, the classes are difficult and dynamic, and the atmosphere is great. I would love if the 530pm Friday and 1030am Saturday/Sunday sculpt classes came back on the schedule!

Love the instructors and studio. Very friendly and clean. The only thing that I don’t love is the heat level. I feel like this studio gets the least hot out of every other NYC studio I’ve been to (yoga sculpt especially).
