There are three instructors in particular—Jeff, Hailey, and Leslie—who continually remind me why I love yoga and how important the practice is to both my mental and physical well-being.
What sets each of them apart is that I genuinely learn something new every time I take their classes. Whether it is a different approach to a pose, a thoughtful insight, a new sequence, or simply a cue that changes the way I understand my body or my practice, they each bring something fresh and intentional to the room. I consider myself a lifelong student, so the opportunity to continue learning is something I deeply value.
Their classes are challenging, thoughtful, and introspective, and their instruction is consistently clear and skillful. I also greatly appreciate the attention they give to music volume. In a heated, enclosed studio, monitoring decibel levels really matters. Protecting students’ and instructors’ hearing, while also creating an environment that feels comfortable and energizing, is incredibly important and very thoughtful. Music can add tremendous energy to a class without becoming so loud that it is uncomfortable or potentially harmful, and these instructors strike that balance beautifully.
I frequent both the Trolley Square and Foothill studios, which are consistently clean and well cared for. Jeff, Hailey, and Leslie have each created classes I genuinely look forward to returning to, and judging by how frequently their classes fill, I suspect many other students feel the same way.
Brooke is one of the best out there. Her classes always deliver a challenge as well as a soothing reset. I get so much from her classes, emotionally and physically.
the entire atmosphere from the friendly, efficient desk staff, to the clean and happy studio's! Love the xmas lights sparkling all year round. Mostly the variety of classes and professional instructors!
