I’ve enjoyed taking classes for the last month at core power. The instructors I’ll bring really great energy to their classes, and having multiple levels of intensity like level 3 and sculpt allow me to work out at the level uncomfortable with that day. My favorite is definitely the late night candlelit classes. It’s a great practice and a great vibe and it fits my schedule being able to take a class at 8:45 PM.
I would like to see more level 3 classes offered, and also some of the hot power classes offered more frequently.

The teachers put together great routines, love the music, and I always feel like I got an awesome workout with positive energy. There’s plenty of variety with classes and schedules, and I love the renovations. The only things I’d wish for are colored LED lights, especially for sculpt classes, and at this time of the year it gets SO hot in the room. Maybe hotter than it really needs to be, since everyone is moving around outside so much and kind of exhausted from that heat. It might be good to keep that in mind 🫠

My usual comments.
Not using names.
Not giving assists.
Handing out assists disks, then not giving any.
Offering assists, then only assisting one or two students.
Offering assists, but not handing out assist disks.
Songs with lyrics during shavasana. I want to go inside myself, not be wondering what the singer is singing about.
P. S. Please ask the UES studio that teachers shouldn’t just leave at the end of the class. At minimum, they should say their name and that they’ll be at the front desk if anyone has questions or feedback.
