I take the 8pm sculpt classes and every time I attend, I am stronger for it. The instructors are motivating with great energy and I love that the more experienced teachers change up their routines & playlists so the classes have new challenges and never get boring.

Excellent c3 yoga flow with expansive heart and hip opening including core with inversions and balance. Engaging and powerfully motivating yoga experience. I feel refreshed and renewed with presence and clarity.

This studio was very welcoming. I took Clydes yoga sculpt and he lead us through a challenging, fun, and effective workout. One thing i would change is how loud the music was. It made it hard to follow Clyde at times but that is an easy adjustment. The workout itself was well structured. The pace he kept was perfect. The studio itself was very nice and well kept.

I really love the instructors and the community. The workouts are amazing and fun. However, there is one person at ward named Toby who always reserves 4-5 spaces for his friends which is very disrespectful to the people who have waited in line. I know a lot of people who complain about this but no one has said anything to the staff because he is close to all the instructors. But I wish he and the staff would be mindful of everyone’s time who get there early to get the spot they want in class.

Chinami is an amazing instructor! Her energy and positive vibes made the class so much fun, and even as a complete yoga beginner, I was able to follow along with ease. I had such a great experience and can’t wait to come back!mahalo
