I really like the studio and the instructor. I only go to one class on Sun at 9:30 am. One thing I’d change is the smell that the studio has when you enter for a heated class. There’s a foul smell that’s so potent. If I was asked feedback on the aesthetic I’d give it a 1 on a scale of 1:10. I feel like there’s a permanent BO ingrained on onto the floor and the walls.

Linnea was great, very nice & welcoming. I definitely want to come back if my schedule allows. Also, I think I was the one who made the booking mistake and booked her class for the wrong date. I didn’t realize it when I went home. But I’m glad that Linnea was able to manually clock me in so that I could take her class still!

I love the class format, the vibe of the studio, and the energy that both the instructors and the community bring. There is a great variety of classes and schedules, which makes it easy to find something that fits.
The environment feels thoughtful and intentional, with an aesthetic that is deeply centered on the practice itself. It promotes both physical and spiritual well-being, making it a truly holistic and integrated experience.

I don't have an email to write to but I would like to hear back. On my Thursday morning 5/14 6am class at the West Loop I accidentally ran into a 15 lb weight that was sticking out from under the rack on the floor.
