On my Thursday morning 5/14 6am class at the West Loop I accidentally ran into a 15 lb weight that was sticking out from under the rack on the floor. Love Dani! She's the main reason I go here at this time. (Miss Carmilla and Logan and Diana and Katie N). SET is always touch and go but a lot of missing TP and soap which it pretty brutal in the winter when all the new year fitness people are coming out.
Fabulous sequence. Ease into it with smooth sun A and a better Sun B. Slow and control and back to the same muscle group to burn it out, then switch it up to other muscle groups. Light Cardio in the beginning and then in the middle.
Music was spot on and Dani adjusts the volume as needed with giving directions and boosting the sound!
The slow movement and burning my muscle out has been a favorite! Not a lot of crazy movements, just a fabulous workout. Thanks
