WV is a good studio with great instructors (Brynn, Lyndsey) and good facilities. It >could< be a bit bigger and not have the pole obstructions, but it is still a good choice for studios based on who is teaching and what class.

Core power has helped me lose 60lbs, resolve an old left hip injury from basketball and rugby and reduced my fall risk to virtually zero. At 62, I now feel 25 again and could be no more pleased with the class I attend led by Megan twice a week. I also love the classes at Knox Henderson and grateful to Billie, who got me started at that location.

Molly is a wonderful instructor who always greets me by name and is very warm and motivating. She gives good cues and adjustments. The class is challenging in a good way. I appreciate the free community class is available to make yoga accessible.

Whoever was the instructor who taught the 12pm Justin Bieber/Selena Gomez class on 3/7 was amazing!! One is the best CorePower sculpt classes I’ve ever taken

I thoroughly enjoyed the playlist, the heat level, the lighting, and the sequence in Jackie H.’s class. Her creative seamless transitions between poses created an excitingly challenging and truly satisfying moving meditation. The common areas of the studio were well maintained, which reflected the tremendous TCL put into the studio by the studio management team (Kiana K and Mollie N). Thank you Jackie, Kiana and Mollie for providing a welcoming and top notch yoga experience.
