If you’ve followed CorePower Winchester through its ups and downs, you already know this place has had its share of challenges. But what Kayleigh and Rose have built here is nothing short of remarkable — a complete transformation that has turned a struggling studio into one of the most vibrant, welcoming yoga communities I’ve ever been part of.
From the moment you walk in, you can feel that something is different. The energy is intentional. The space feels alive. These two didn’t just reopen a studio — they reimagined it from the ground up, pouring genuine care into every detail, from the way instructors greet you at the door to the sense of belonging you feel the second you roll out your mat.
What Kayleigh and Rose have done is rare in the fitness world: they’ve built a community, not just a client base. After multiple closures that would have broken most studios, they chose resilience over retreat. They listened to members, showed up consistently, and created an environment where people genuinely look out for each other. Regulars become friends. Beginners feel safe. And the classes? Stronger, more focused, and more energizing than ever.
The leadership here is the difference-maker. You can see Kayleigh and Rose’s fingerprints on everything — the culture, the programming, the warmth that radiates from every staff member and instructor. That kind of top-down intentionality is rare, and it shows.
If you gave up on CorePower Winchester before, come back. You won’t recognize it — and that is the highest compliment I can give. This studio has earned its second chance, and then some. 🙏
My first experience with Anna, she was amazing! Super friendly and engaging. I love how she offers core restore in the middle of the week. To let go of the week and get over the hump.
The instructors (Daywa, Anna, Kate) are wonderful! The facility is excellent - nice layout, great equipment and always clean! I wish there were more Restore and C1 classes offered at Winchester, and more non-heated options.
