The Woodbury studio is so nice. I was last here over 5 years ago so I don't know if anything changed. The high ceilings are great and all the furnishings are clean and in good repair. Easy parking is a plus. Shelagh is super nice and helpful.

The instructors are very knowledgeable; for Hot Yoga, Mary shares her own experiences from her other certifications which is helpful for her yoga students. She is very helpful and pushes us hard.
