I’ve really enjoyed my experience at CorePower Yoga Walnut Creek. The instructors bring great energy, thoughtful sequencing, and different teaching styles that make each class feel unique. I especially appreciate how the classes challenge me physically while also creating space for mindfulness, strength, and personal growth. The studio has been a welcoming environment, and my experience here has been especially meaningful as I continue through my yoga teacher training.
I attend both BH and WC studios now that I have finally gotten over the “no-free” parking restrictions at WC and I enjoy them both because of their outstanding instructors. After 1500 classes, I need variety in the style of class, the way it is taught, what is being taught and the routine itself. Attending both studios gives me those options most of the time, although I do prefer morning classes to evening which is a restriction I put on myself.
It was Friday and I had not really moved much in terms of exercise this week. I chose this class as a treat and it was lovely!!! I stretched, I used my core, I used my toes, I was able to twist and wring out any bad lazy energy I had been harboring.
I also LOVED Ester’s music for the session - cosmic and magical.
Thank you!!!!
I had a great time taking the HIIT class at CorePower Yoga! It was challenging, fun, and full of amazing energy. The upbeat, welcoming atmosphere left me feeling energized and accomplished. I highly recommend it for a fun workout!
Feliciana is great, she’s always so fun, uplifting and motivating! She is the only reason I go to Corepower, I just wish she taught more Sculpt classes.
Really enjoy the classes and instructors — the heat is great and the overall vibe keeps me coming back.
One thing worth flagging: I've been attending the 11am class lately, and a few times the bleach smell from cleaning has drifted in when the door opens. Totally understand it's part of the routine, just something to be aware of for that time slot.
My one request would be bumping the class pass expiration reminder from one week to two. It's caught me off guard twice now, and a little more lead time would make it much easier to use up remaining classes before they expire.
