the team is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in my needs and cycling. I especially appreciate how they explained the differences between products without any pressure to upsell. Corner Cycle has a strong team camaraderie vibe, and you can tell they care about their customers and the cycling community. All the employees seem to be very knowledgeable, and Matt in particular was amazingly patient when he was helping me decide which bike to buy, taking the time to explain things well. He had the same patient manner when I asked him questions while he recently showed me how to do a simple tune up on my bike.
