I'm 81. I've ridden for at least 75 of those years. And I've dealt with a lot of bike shops. Surprisingly, the best two have been Trek dealers. Both have knowledgeable sales and repair people. Both have been willing to go out of their way to satisfy my requests. And both have been prompt and accommodating with service. It's a toss up between the two, but both have been head and shoulders above other bike shops I've dealt with over the years.
On Cape Cod it's Corner Cycle. In Gainesville, Florida it's Dave's Bike World.
The dudes there were very helpful with my last bike purchase, tune up, and some bike repairs with other bikes. Also helpful with general info questions.
Caleb was very helpful, honest and provided good information. Very friendly too! I am thrilled with my new Trek Verve and have been biking a lot since buying it two days ago! Just love her! Comfy ride, knees and back are doing great and i felt she rode fast and sturdy. Perfect for me and how i will use her! Smiling ear to ear!
Excellent, knowledgable and helpful staff at the Osterville store. We have purchased 6 bikes from Corner Cycle. It is the place we go for our bike needs!
Corner Cycle mechanics are the best in the business. Bicycles and cycling products are always readily available, and if not, ordered and delivered promptly. I have had only great experiences with the staff and owner, George Sykes, at Corner Cycle. Mr. Sykes was (and is) mechanic for U.S. Road and Cyclicross National Champion Mark McCormack. The best bike shop(s) in New England: Corner Cycle.
Always receive very friendly and knowledgeable help for any of our biking needs. We are right nearby in Osterville commons and so appreciate having such a great shop on the corner.
