The concur website and app always seem to have issues. I get a ton of error messages and have to reach out to an actual person to get it fixed. They are always quick to respond and get the problem resolved right away. Much appreciated! Now if you can just get the website and app to work correctly on a regular basis that would be fantastic!

You can handle travel on the fly, which is the way I do it. Rooms are either available or not so you can make and change plans at the same time. Corporate likes us to use the system so I do it without fail. It is easier than other systems I have used in the past.

I travel quite a bit for work and often have to cancel or change trips last minute. Carol Hagy and Julie Hungate are the best. I always receive prompt responses and am yet to be disappointed. I also appreciate the website enhancement last year. uploading pictures of receipts used to be excruciating, 100x faster.
