The customer service I have received from our representatives has always been top notch. However, the recent upgrades to Concur are not good. I have run across situations where flight options are not available in Concur but are available through the airline's web site. The updates to Concur have made the travel planning far less user friendly, in my opinion.

April always helps out and there are no issues. The new adjustment to the Concur is not user friendly. Takes twice as long to book and you have to go find flights and rental cars.
