Easy to get a hold of on the phone and great to work with in the midst of a full airport shutdown from technological failure - still got me a flight out on the same day and held it for me so I would have an option either with the original airline I was flying with or with the one I ended up using to get home. Very attentive as well and answered all of my questions!
