I enjoyed the luxury feeling of the spa and wonderful treatment from the hairdressers. They show their experience and their interpersonal skills throughout the cut. At other salons I always felt out of place and nervous, but with Bailey I was very at ease and comfortable.

The professionalism of each person, from the receptionist's greeting to the time spent with me by Hannah at our first appointment, to the wonderful massage from Hannah during the shampoo, to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of the salon. It was a wonderful experience!

To be honest this was my first experience in a “real salon”. I say real because I had been going to the same woman since I was a little girl in a tiny local salon. After that, I switched to a stylist who had her own small loft. From being greeted to seated and then offered water or champagne, to the hair wash that included a head massage I mean come on 5 star service!! And Alexis is the bomb.com and was so knowledge and attentive. She took the time to ask questions about styling and teach me how to add more flare to my curls.

My stylist is amazing! She always knows exactly what I need as far as color, cut, and style. Also whenever we go in to rinse, what a relaxing time especially with the shampoo and head massage. Nice spa music too! I get many compliments on my hair. Will recommend to anyone looking for a great salon and Casey is a wonderful Stylist!

This was my first time with the stylist Jenna and she listened. She was very positive and did not make negative remarks about my hair. The end results were beautiful. I went in to work the next day and several people said how “gorgeous” my hair was.

I love how welcoming all staff is at the salon! Being greeted and offered champagne immediately starts the appointment off on a great start! I’ve gone to Erica three times now and have been so happy with how she’s refreshed my hair everytime!

I love Cortello Salon. Abby and Erica are great. Everyone there is great and I enjoy coming in to get my hair done and never have a complaint about that. My only issue is the cost. It's very high when you need to come in every 4 weeks or so.

Kind staff. Hannah listens to what I want, and she does great hair cut for my loose curls. I drive around 60 miles one way. Worth the drive!
