She’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and always makes the experience enjoyable—whether that’s offering a beverage, sharing hair product tips, or explaining what’s available at the salon.

I’ve been going to Cortello for about ten years now, and every single hair cut I have gotten there, no matter by who, is phenomenal. They’re so friendly when you walk in, have a nice lounge, take extra time to learn your hair and really understand your hair goals. I love how they always offer you something to drink with a little treat. The hair wash is 10/10 and worth every penny, it’s my favorite part. The cut and style is always perfect! I leave happy every time. Love Cortello!

Kay was very professional and took time to study what was going on with a bad haircut I had received from a different salon. She communicated what she thought my hair needed in order to achieve the goal I came in with. Along with being professional, she was very kind, genuine and over all, a sweet soul who delivered exactly what I wanted. This was my first time having her do my hair and I am 100/10 satisfied and I am very excited for her to style my hair for a wedding next week! I am shocked she is brand new to the salon!

I’ve been covering my gray with solid color for many years, and Jenna has kept my dark brunette looking fresh and natural. At my last appointment, she suggested a new technique to lift some of the heavy color buildup at my roots and brighten around my face. I trusted her — and I’m so glad I did! The result is fabulous: softer, more dimensional, and just the right amount of change. Jenna is so easy to work with and keeps me coming back!
