If you are still researching or contemplating which realtor to proceed with, look no further as you have found the perfect one. I was put in touch with Cory through a mutual friend and could not be more grateful we connected. From the first discussion with Cory you knew you were going to be in good hands. Throughout the process Cory made sure I was informed of what was going on with the property and was extremely flexible with phone calls and meeting times. Cory is all that is right in the real estate industry. He is friendly, personable, patient, logical and has an incredible work ethic. He asks all the questions and gets all the information you would want to know from the other party and then uses that information to help guide the buying/selling process. His delivery of information is spot on with both positive and negative information; Cory anticipates perfectly what share, at what point, and when to call to discuss. In addition, has a fantastic network/person for every stage of the process. I have a business background and one of the steps I most enjoyed was the upfront discussion around strategy. Cory came prepared with all the due diligence about the property and surrounding areas. Included was a range of prices possible given market conditions and personal calculations of fair value. One of the things Cory quickly addressed with me is the often misguided “Zillow Estimate” that everyone seems to hold as absolute. You aren’t just getting a realtor when working with Cory, you are getting a partner to sell/buy your home. Just a few examples of how Cory goes above and beyond for his clients: -Listing App - track # of listings, offers, appraisals, etc. -Linkedin Post - personally curated linkedin post about the property -Frequent phone call checks - Cory walks the perfect line of keeping you informed but not inundating you with information -Property Manager - I was out of country for work and Cory even helped coordinate a landscape company to keep the grass cut in my absence. -Helped minimize closing costs. -Closed almost 10% above list. From first meeting to closing table, Cory gets it done and makes it look seamless. Cory told me at the start, the most weighted KPI for him is if his client is happy after closing. Well perfect score in my book! Thank you again Cory!
