Alex and his son were very helpful in helping us decide which E-Bike we needed. They took their time, helped us set up the App, helped us load the bikes, and it is a local shop so we will have them close by if we need them, they made you feel very welcome and we felt they appreciated our business. Great place!!

Alex and his entire team were very professional and attentive to my needs as a new customer. Great customer service. Thorough with great communication. Only downside which is more of an industry wide comment is maintaining multiple bikes especially for seniors is expensive. Would be nice if they offered family or senior discounts or plans
